This is a postcard of the Ale-Skovde Church as seen from the outside. Tall trees line the road leading up to the church with a small cemetary on the left side. The church was originally constructed in the 12th century, with massive reconstruction occuring in the latter part of the 18th century. The church consists of a main tower, painted white, with a roof that slops up to a narrow top. There's a smaller addition to the rear of the tower that is twice as long as the tower base. The churhc has a cobblestone fence in front of it.
