Gilbert H. Reinhart

Gilbert H. Reinhart, [75], 850 Cory St., Fostoria, died Friday, August 14, 1981 at his home following a lengthy illness. He was born to Henry Reinhart and Jennie (Kauffman) Reinhart on April 10, 1906 in Frenchtown.

He was first married to Leona Koepfer, who preceded him in death. On August 29, 1964, he was married to Clara Cassidy, and she survives.

He is also survived by three daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Wagner, Fostoria; Mrs. Lois Roth, Huffman Estates, Illinois; and Mrs. Sandra Kitchen, Troy, Michigan; fourteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. One sister, Mrs. Grace Schira, Flagstaff, Arizona also survives him. He was preceded in death by one son.

Reinhart was retired from the Reinhart's Auto Body Shop in Fostoria. He was a member of the St. Wendlin Catholic Church in Fostoria and was the former Grand Knight in the Knights of Columbus.

His funeral mass will be Monday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Wendlin with burial in the St. Wendlin Cemetery immediately following the funeral. A scripture service will be held in his honor Sunday at 8 p.m. in the Hoening Funeral Home in Fostoria.

Friends may visit at the Hoening Funeral Home from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Sunday.
