Baptismal note: Baptised on February 18, 1876 in St. Boniface Catholic Church, New Riegel, Ohio. The godparents were Anthony Frey and Theresa Schalk.

Marriage note: Wedding service performed by Father Albert Voag. Witnesses were Karl Huss and Lena Hohman.

Occupational note: Farmer. Henry farmed on his father's land. He also played trumpet in the New Riegel band.

2. Delphina M. (b. 19 Feb 1906 d. 27 Apr 1978), married Clarence Goshe
3. Herman C. (b. 1907), married Clara Goshe

Henry Huss, Leader of New Riegel Band, Passes Away

The funeral of the late Henry Huss, whose death occurred at his home in New Riegel Saturday morning, was held at St. Boniface Church in that village, this morning at 10 o'clock; Rev. Fr. Albert Voag officiating.

The deceased was aged 35 years and his death was due to cancer of the face from which he has been suffering for several years. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Huss, his wife, four small children, and several brothers and sisters survive him. He was a talented musician and was leader of the New Riegel band for a number of years. He had many friends in this city.
