This is a studio photo taken of the Henry and Rosa (Benner)
Courtad Family. I'm not sure of the year in which it was taken.

of a parlor scene with fancy scrolling on the walls with a 
window to one side. Rosa and Henry are seated in the front 
with their two girls Marcella and Bertha sitting between 
them. The boys, Raymond, Ollie, and Robert are standing
in the back.  Rosa is wearing a long, light colored, button
front dress. It has a V-neck with ruffles. It looks like she
has either a watch or brooch pinned to her bodice. Her hands are
folded in her lap. Her hair is pulled back from her face and
fastened into a bun. Marcella is sitting next to Rose. She's 
wearing a long, striped dress with a large square lace collar.
It looks like she's wearing a bracelet. Her short, dark hair 
is pulled back at the top and tightly curled at the sides.
Sitting next to her is sister Bertha. She's wearing a light
colored ruffled dress with petticoat. It also looks like she's
wearing a bracelet. Her hair is styled similar to her sister's.
Henry is sitting on the end. He's wearing a dark colored three
piece suit with a white shirt and dark colored tie. It looks
like he might be wearing round, wire rimmed glasses. His hair
is white and combed back from his forehead. He's wearing a 
moustache. He has his hands resting one on each leg. Raymond,
the youngest boy, is standing in the back behind Rose. He's 
wearing a light colored jacket, pants, and tie with a white
shirt. The jacket has two bottom pockets and one breast pocket
which holds a white handkerchief. His hair is combed to one
side. Standing behind their sisters are Ollie and Robert. They
are both wearing dark colored suits and ties with white shirts.
Their hair is combed away from their faces. Robert has one
hand resting on the back of Henry's chair. Nobody is smiling.
