Biography/Notes

Family note: I believe that Johann (Hans) Martin Letze and wife Anna Margaretha (Maier) had 5 additional children to the two listed on this page. I base this on information found in the Mayer/Streib/Steinhilber family Bible, page 2, lines 6 through 30. Son, Abraham, whom I have listed on my page, was listed as such on line 13; however, I could not find an entry for his sister Anna Catharina. Her birth date is also in question when compared to the birth dates of the other children. The 5 additional children are listed in the Bible are as follows:

1. Anna Margretta (b. 6 Jul 1753, d. 23 Jul 1753)
2. Johann (b. 26 Apr 1756, d. 1757)
3. Anna Margreta (b. 22 Aug 1757, d. 28 Sep 1757)
4. Marta (b. 18 Aug 1758)
5. Hans M. (b. 11 Aug 1760, d. 31 Aug 1760)
