Marriage announcement from The Democrat:

Mr. John Travers of Washington Township and Miss Lizzie Rupright, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Rupright of Washington Township, were joined in wedlock Wednesday afternoon by Rev. Father Siebenfoercher at his residence in this city. They left on an afternoon train for a brief wedding tour of Columbus and Cleveland. The Democrat tenders congratulations.

Children of (John) Martin Patrick and Lizzie (Rupprecht) Travers:

1. Helen, married Mr. Cordson
2. May, married Mr. Robinson
3. Ethel, married Mr. May
4. Margurite, married Ralph A. Winchester

Helen and May had no children. Ethel had one son--Marvin May. Margurite Winchester died in 1996 and is buried in McAlister, Oklahoma. She had three children--Virginia, Wyeth, and Dorothy.
