Mary Susan Goshe Dead in Fostoria
Was Native to Carey; Funeral Friday
Mrs. Mary Susan Goshe, 59, of Route 587, Rural Route 3, Fostoria, died at 1 a.m. today, December 18, 1957 in her home. She had been ill for a year and a half.
Born January 3, 1898 in Carey, Mrs. Goshe was a daughter of Henry and Jennie Kauffman Reinhart. She was married in St. Wendelin's Church, Fostoria, December 27, 1935, to Frank Goshe and is survived by her husband, a son, Robert, Fostoria; daughters, Mrs. Harold Albus, Carey; Mrs. Richard Steve, Fostoria; Jane and Janette at home; one grandchild; brothers, Theodore and Gilbert Reinhart, Fostoria; Paul Reinhart, St. Petersburg, Florida; sisters, Mrs. Fred Litchle, Mrs. Ed Hammer, and Mrs. Howard Martin of Fostoria; and Mrs. William Schira, Flagstaff, Arizona. Her parents and a brother and sister are deceased.
Mrs. Goshe was a member of the Catholic Ladies of Columbia, the Rosary and Altar Society, and a promoter of the League of the Miraculous Medal.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday in St. Wendelin's Catholic Church, Fostoria, and will be followed by burial in St. Wendelin's cemetery. Friends may call at the Foos Funeral Home in Fostoria beginning this evening, and the Rosary will be prayed in the funeral home at 8:45 p.m. Thursday.
